How does payment work?

On receiving the booking details we will check the credit card number that you have given us. The price of the holiday will immediately be debited from your credit card. Your details will be treated confidentially by our team. The transfer of data is carried out under maximum security in order to prevent abuse of your credit card.

This is the reason you will receive your final valid travel confirmation a few hours after the actual booking.

How do I find out about transfer times?

If transfer is included in the package you have booked then you will be informed of the transfer times and pick-up location in the travel confirmation which you will receive again after booking. In order to guarantee the orderly execution of the transfer it is essential for you to fill out the flight details (flight number, date of arrival and time of arrival) in the box provided in step 4 of the booking form.

Should your flight be delayed you will find the telephone number of the transfer partner in the confirmation mail in order to inform him as soon as possible.

Why don’t I receive a voucher in the conventional sense?

In order to guarantee our customers the lowest prices possible we are trying to keep unnecessary costs to a minimum. This is the reason we choose to dispense with the costly postage of tickets. The confirmation mail you receive from us counts as your voucher and will be recognised by our partners.

What should I do in the case of cancellation?

Cancellations should be made in writing to the following e-mail address: sales@tui.co.at. Further information concerning conditions of cancellation can be found in our general terms and conditions. ( please link word)

Whom can I turn to concerning questions about the programme?

Your questions can be directed to us by e-mail at the following address: sales@tui.co.at. Our members of staff will promptly deal with the answer to your request.

Why aren’t the offers available continuously?

For reasons of flexibility it is feasible that our offers are not available all year round. Availability can be checked during booking under step 2 where you can also decide directly the desired date of arrival.

How are the prices of the individual offers calculated?

We aim to provide good offers in all areas at low costs. What we save, we pass on to you our customers in the form of low prices.
We organise everything as simply as possible in order to avoid complex and costly processes. You always receive the most favourable price which is available for the desired package trip at the time of booking. As our prices are based on customer demand, variations on our quoted „from“ prices can be the result.

What is included in my offer?

Basically all the offers are different. The details can be viewed for each offer before booking. Various extras can be booked in addition such as ski-pass, transfer, Salzburgcard, should they not already be included in the price. If you are not satisfied with the description of the offer, you may direct your queries any time to sales@tui.co.at. Not generally included in our packages are flights.
